The short version

We collect what you type into our forms so Maya can answer you. Only Maya receives your request. We don’t sell your details.

What we collect

The free consultation form: your city, what you want help with, your first name and email, and anything optional you choose to add (phone, budget band, timeline, a short message). We don’t ask for your age, gender, orientation, religion, health or income.

The listing form (for coaches and matchmakers): your name, work email, business name, website, cities served and anything optional you add.

Technical data: the page you sent the form from and basic anti-spam checks. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots.

Where it’s stored

The site runs on Cloudflare. Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare database and emailed to Maya using Cloudflare’s email service. If confirmation emails are switched on, you’ll also get a copy of your request by email.

Who sees it

Maya. She uses it to set up your free consultation.

Analytics and cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies. The checklists on some pages remember which boxes you ticked in your own browser (local storage). That never leaves your device.

Videos

Videos load only when you press play, from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com). The preview images come from YouTube’s image server. Once you press play, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.

Deleting your details

Ask on the contact page and we’ll delete your form submission.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and its date.
