What are the red flags, and can I cancel?

A few things should make you slow down:

• They push you to sign on the first call.
• The price only comes out after you’ve paid for an intake.
• There’s no refund policy, or it says “substitutions” instead of refunds.
• The people they describe don’t fit your age or your city.
• They promise a relationship. No one can promise that.
