These are the professional matchmaker Miami options I checked, with a price wherever the firm posts one. Most of the matchmakers that show up for Miami are national firms with a Miami page. Master Matchmakers posts the most detailed prices here, and you’ll find them in the chart below. Its Miami page says it does consultations by phone or video. Despite the name, Matchmaking Miami is a coaching business run by Dan Silverman. He posts every price, and he says he partners with matchmakers and can point you to one.

Three Day Rule and It’s Just Lunch both have Miami pages, but neither posts a price. Three Day Rule has a free database. LUMA and Select Date Society are national luxury firms with Miami pages.

The bars leave a few things out. Master Matchmakers puts open criteria and little coaching at the low end of its Premium range, and strict criteria and full coaching at the high end. Its Miami page says pricing is discussed at the first consultation, and the $450 registry fee is non-refundable (Master Matchmakers pricing · checked Oct 15, 2026).

Matchmaking Miami is the coaching bar. The $1,000 end is a 6-week group program on Zoom (group coaching · checked Oct 15, 2026), and the $7,500 end is 10 weeks of VIP coaching (VIP coaching · checked Oct 15, 2026). In between, it lists $1,500 for five 1-on-1 sessions (1-on-1 · checked Oct 15, 2026) and $3,000 for a 10-session bundle (bundle · checked Oct 15, 2026), and its FAQ adds $1,750 for five mock dates (FAQ · checked Oct 15, 2026).

Select Date Society lists the Founders Club at $1 million on its Miami page (Select Date Society, Miami page · checked Oct 15, 2026). I kept it off the chart so the other bars stay readable.

How does matchmaking in Miami work?

Most Miami firms follow the same basic order, even when they give the steps their own names. This is the usual path from the first call to the second match.

• Master Matchmakers lists five steps on its Florida page: a private consultation, ID and background checks, hand-picked introductions, a call before each date, and coaching along the way. The same LUMA page claims an 89% success rate without saying how it counts one. If a firm quotes you a rate, ask what counts as a success and how many clients the number covers. How long does it take to find a match in Miami?

No firm can promise you a date for that. What a firm can tell you is how long your contract runs and whether you can pause it. What are Miami matchmakers seeing?

In an Oct 29, 2025 column for Miami New Times · checked Oct 20, 2026, writer Asha Elias interviewed Erica Murphy, a VIP matchmaker at Three Day Rule, one of the firms in my table.

• Murphy said confidence is everywhere in Miami, and that clients in other cities often ask her for Miami matches.
• The downside she named is commitment. She calls it the “too much choice” syndrome, where people assume the next date will be more fun.
• Her top spot for recruiting Miami matches is Miami International Airport. She also suggested Panther Coffee in Coconut Grove, the Coconut Grove Organic Farmers Market and South Pointe Park, and going alone so you’re easier to approach.
• She said to follow up within 24 hours, because Miami moves fast.

Murphy works for a firm that sells matchmaking here, so she has a stake in the answer. The “too much choice” part rings true to me anyway. Endless options made me pickier and no happier, until I cut my app time to 15 minutes a day.

If you do talk to a firm, ask for two past clients you can call, ideally women near your age. Ask them whether they’d pay again. Their pause before answering will tell you more than any review.

Dating coach Miami: coach or matchmaker?

Coaches work on how you date, and matchmakers work on who you meet. Dates that keep going nowhere point to a coach. No time to meet anyone points to a matchmaker.

Matchmaking Miami is the only coach here with public prices. He says he partners with matchmakers, so ask whether he’s paid anything if he refers you. Either answer can be fine, as long as you know. Whoever you call, me included, ask how many of their clients are women your age and what they help those women change.

What are the contract rules in Florida?

I didn’t find a Florida law on dating services that I could verify. Florida’s Attorney General runs a Consumer Protection Division that enforces the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act. Florida Attorney General · checked Oct 15, 2026

That act is a general rule against being misled and has no cancel window, so protect yourself before you sign:

• Don’t pay until you’ve read the contract at home. Ask for it by email.
• Locate the cancel and refund clauses, the hold rule and the end date.
• If the firm ignores what it put in writing, contact the Florida Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division.

The FTC Cooling-Off Rule might cover you, depending on where you signed. At home, it applies to sales of $25 or more. At a seller’s temporary location, like a hotel room or restaurant, it applies at $130 or more. Services are included. You can cancel until midnight of the third business day, and the seller must refund you within 10 days. Online-only deals, phone sales and anything signed at the seller’s own office are excluded.
