I haven’t verified a Washington law written for dating service contracts, so I won’t quote one. These four steps are what I’d do:
- Get the total price, the number of introductions and the refund terms in writing before you pay.
- Look for the word “substitutions.” Some contracts swap refunds for more introductions.
- Pay by credit card, not cash or app transfer, so you have a record.
