How much does Tawkify cost?

Tawkify doesn’t post a price list. Its own blog says only that client packages start at $4,900 Tawkify blog · checked Oct 15, 2026. Every other number below comes from someone who asked, and each one is dated. The newest detailed list we found is from January 2025.

Per match, Innerbody’s packages work out to about $1,250 to $1,630 each. A Reddit user said in late 2025 it was “about 1500 per match” and, for him, “not worth it” (r/datingoverforty). Your quote may differ. Only your contract counts.

What does Tawkify say about its pricing?

From Tawkify’s own FAQ, checked October 15, 2026 (Tawkify FAQ):

• Pricing “depends on the desired features” and “the number of matches you’d like included.”
• You can start with 3 or 6 matches.
• You’ll “typically have one match per month.”
• It searches a network it puts at over 3 million singles, plus people outside it.
• Every match gets a criminal record screening and a video screening.
• It only accepts clients it believes it can match, “or your money back.”
• Your search can cover any region in the contiguous US.

Its How It Works page adds that clients can “upgrade to Premier” for a more curated experience (How It Works). No prices there either.

What do you get as a client vs a member?

Tawkify has two ways in: paying client or free member.

When you pay, many of your dates may be free members. One client wrote in May 2026 that the men they met weren’t paying and “had little interest” unless there was instant chemistry (r/dating_advice). Ask how many of your matches will be clients.

Does Tawkify cost less for women?

Not that we can find. Tawkify’s pages don’t list different prices by gender. What changes the price is client versus member. If you only want to be in the pool, membership is free for anyone. If you want a matchmaker working for you, you pay the client price like everyone else.

What do Tawkify reviews say?

The big review sites look good:

• Trustpilot: 4.6 from 8,041 reviews. 80% five-star, 6% one-star. Tawkify invites customers to review (Trustpilot, checked Oct 15, 2026).
• BBB: A+ rating, accredited since July 31, 2025, with 80 customer reviews and 114 complaints filed in the last 3 years (BBB, checked Oct 15, 2026).

Reddit is rougher (anecdotes, not research):

• A free member over 50 described her first blind date: she’d give the matchmaker’s name at a restaurant and learn her date’s face when he arrived (r/datingoverfifty, June 2026).
• In the same thread, a past client said they wouldn’t have met two of their three matches, and the third “was worth ONE date.”
• One user said the dates felt intentional and everyone showed up (r/dating_advice, Jan 2026).
• A Black woman said she was later told there was no one to match her with within 350 miles, and was offered a refund for one match (r/datingoverforty, June 2025).

Can you get a refund from Tawkify?

Partly, in some cases. We couldn’t open Tawkify’s terms of use page, so this comes from reviewers who did:

• Innerbody reported that if you don’t move forward after your first consultation, you may get back the package value minus the consultation cost, and the most you can expect is 50% (Innerbody, updated Jan 17, 2025).
• Healthy Framework reported that a $10,000 VIP retainer is kept in all cases, and that subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel (Healthy Framework, updated Nov 18, 2024).

Tawkify’s FAQ does promise your money back if it accepts you and can’t match you. Ask what “can’t match” means, in writing.
