For coaches and matchmakers
Get Listed As a Dating Coach
Get listed as a dating coach by sending your website, price, written refund and cancellation terms, and references. We verify each one, and if they hold up, your practice gets a dated row in our tables.
Key takeaways
- There are 3 steps: you send the form, we verify what you sent, and your row is published with its check date.
- Every coach needs the same 4 things: a real business, a public price (or one we may publish), written refund and cancellation terms, and references.
- No certificate is required. Dating coaches don’t need a license, and ProPublica reported that anyone can use the coach title (ProPublica).
- If you hold an ICF credential (ACC, PCC or MCC), we check it on ICF’s free Verify a Coach search (ICF).
- Fake and bought reviews and testimonials are banned under the FTC’s 2024 rule (FTC). We don’t add star ratings or scores either.
- Each price we show sits next to 2 things: its source page and the date we checked it.
How do you get listed as a dating coach?
Listing works in three steps. First, tell us about your practice in the form at the bottom of this page.
Then we check it. We open your site, find your price and your terms, check any credential you list, and contact your references.
If it all holds up, your row is published in the tables where you fit, with its check date. Anything missing keeps the row off the page until it’s fixed.
A listing doesn’t guarantee you any requests, because every request sent through this site reaches Maya and nobody else. Our how we get paid page explains the money side.
What do we need to list your coaching practice?
Our editorial policy sets the same four rules for every coach.
| What we ask for | What counts | Why we ask |
|---|---|---|
| A real business | Your own website, with your name, where you work and a way to reach you | We list only what we can verify |
| A price | A price on your site, or one you agree we may publish | Buyers are tired of “book a call to find out” |
| Written refund and cancellation terms | A page or contract clause in plain words | Careful buyers ask about it first |
| References | Past clients who agree to talk to Maya | They’re as close to proof as we can get |

Questions people ask
Do I need a certification to be listed?
No. If you have one, tell us who issued it and we will check it. If you don’t, we list you on the same four rules as everyone else.
Do I have to publish my prices to be listed?
Either your site shows a price, or you agree in writing that we can publish one. It appears with its source and the date we checked it.
What counts as written refund terms?
Any page or clause that says what a client gets back if they stop early. No refunds counts too, as long as it’s written down.
What references do you need?
Past clients willing to talk to Maya about your coaching. Check with them first, because we only contact people who have said yes.
Will you review or rate my coaching?
No. There are no star ratings or scores on this site. Your row lists checked facts only: who you help, your price, your refund terms and the date.
Will visitor requests come to me?
Not directly. Maya receives every request, and nobody else does. A listing doesn’t guarantee you any.
I only coach online. Can I still be listed?
Yes. Tell us where your clients are. We list you for the places your own site names, or as online only.
